I do not typically leave reviews, but my recent experience with Thehappycraft left me no choice. From the first moment I got in contact with them you can feel the level of professionalism as well as the love for what they do. Accommodation and understanding to me are the most important and they hit both. They were extremely understanding considering I had to change a few things last minute but instead of hassling with me, they told me “no problem we will accommodate your needs” and they did exactly that. The staff at the event was very professional and attentive and most importantly friendly. They definitely know what they are doing and do it with confidence. The quality of everything was top notch and it was evident they have much experience. The head bartender Roy was very friendly and a top notch bartender, who doesn’t say no for an answer. Multiple guests complimented me on the team that was brought mentioning the level of friendly and professionalism that was present. I would highly recommend Thehappycraft for anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly, accommodating, and well organized group for a private event. I was not disappointed with anything and will be hiring them for my future private events 1000%.
