I am currently confined to a wheelchair and had to have a transcript notarized for a response to a lawsuit. Going to a bank would have been problematic. JV came to my apartment the same day I contacted them making my life much easier and ensuring my submission got back to my attorney in a timely fashion.

This was my first time using a mobile notary as I’m used to going to a bank or a business having a notary at their business location. One of my family members, who was part of the notarization process, had limited mobility and so I thought it would be best to find a notary who could travel to a location that was most convenient. I contacted Jessica and reviewed what had to be done, the date I needed it done and the location. She explained her process and fees and gave me an approximated cost based on what I told her. As it turned out, I needed additional documents notarized and she simply adjusted the cost according to her fee structure. Everyone involved was pleased with the process and she was very patient and professional. She also had a good sense of ethical professionalism and empathy and the process was completed as scheduled. I would definitely use her again for any similar needs. It’s important to note that the cost of mobile services is considerably more than if you went to a bank or a notary at their location of business. Many banks, however, will not notarize certain documents and you may have to deal with transportation issues and other logistics to get all needed parties at a specific business location. This service worked out for me and I was happy to use Jessica.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are $15 per signature PLUS our travel fees which start at $69 and vary depending on location. Our notary services are mobile, therefore, we come to YOU. Notarizations will always include a $69 travel fee, UNLESS it includes any additional service, e.g., process service, translation and/or wedding services or if the client decides to come to the pro.
