- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Price is all inclusive, Everything is included. Your quote is what you pay, there is zero hidden or additional cost for extras. I will not charge you for travel, set up or breakdown fees etc. I supply all the equipment that will be needed to entertain you and your guest period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is a great example of how I work with my new customers: The entire process was terrific! Wes was in touch with me, we had a great discussion about the party and what the needs were. He arrived early to set up, had great equipment, and was very professional! The music selection was terrific! The kids and adults enjoyed! He played till we asked him to stop! Took requests! The lights were going when it got dark! It was an awesome night!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend various Music Shows and attend Seminars to make sure that my business is current. More Importantly, I often listen to the feedback of my clients to determine the flow of their event.
