Genuine and sincere. Richard was awesome!. The customer care was 5 star quality. He took the time and patience to educate me on ways to address window issues as they arise. He went out of his way to find us the best prices, and actually had an invested interest in us saving money (where do you find that in 2024?). I would definitely recommend Richard to be your go-to window specialist.
