Brandon was great!!! Very professional!! He came and diagnosed the problem that the refrigerator was having. He was also prepared to stand by his work and come back at no charge, should their prove to be a misdiagnosis. I will definitely be using his services for any other needed repairs.

very highly recommended. Brandon spent several hours (part of it out in the cold New England winter) fixing my dryer vent. He not only fixed the problem without my having to resort to a brand new vent....but he is absolutely the most honest repairman I have ever dealt with in over 40 years. He could have told me that I need new parts or even a new motor. Instead he worked tirelessly in trying to repair the punctured vent (abird got into it!). His price was so reasonable I could not believe it....and he is a gentleman and very patient when trying to access our less than perfect wifi. would I hire him again? without a doubt. If ever I need a repair in the future I'll keep his number on speed dial!

He is knowledgeable and placed me at ease. He was able to fix my dryer by replacing the drum belt. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$95-$115 is the service call fee. $115 is anything that is outside of Bridgeport, CT to the Northeast Bronx, NY. There are no additional charges if the issue can be fixed in the initial service call.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the fee for the service call, and giving them my initial thoughts on the issue. And as I am breaking the unit down, I am showing them what is wrong.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Assisting friends and family and i've always enjoyed taking things apart.
