- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$110 is the service call fee. There are no additional charges if the issue can be fixed in the initial service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the fee for the service call, and giving them my initial thoughts on the issue. And as I am breaking the unit down, I am showing them what is wrong.
