- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on an hourly rate plus the cost of supplies. I do not charge you more than my cost for any supplies used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step will be a phone call to discuss the needs of your aquarium. After assessing your needs we'll set up an appointment and I'll come to your home or business to do the work. Part of my service includes unlimited phone, text or email support for all my customers at no extra charge for as long as I'm servicing your aquarium.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a pond keeper for 17 years and a freshwater aquarium enthusiast for over 35 years. From guppies to Japanese Koi, I've kept and raised them all. It is important to educate my clients on how to care for their fish/turtle in between maintenance visits. Teaching is key to their good health!
