We prefer to inspect the job first, before quoting. This way we can provide a clear, concise, and accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We attempt to gather as much information as possible. Pictures, approximate sizes, name of manufacturer if known, and contact information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spent 4 years at Globe Amerada Glass Co. as Manager, 20 years running my own business, Stockholms Glass Service as Owner, and 20 years at Simonton Windows as a Field Service Representative.
