Highly Recommend Eagle Eye NY LLC
I recently used Eagle Eye NY LLC for a home inspection, and they were fantastic. The inspector (Sean) showed up on time and immediately got to work. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. They didn’t just rush through the job—they took their time checking every detail, which made me feel confident I was in good hands.
What really stood out to me was how thorough and clear the explanation was. They walked me through all their findings, pointing out things I never would have noticed, and made sure I understood everything. The report I got afterward was easy to follow, full of photos, and detailed enough to help me make solid decisions.

Sean at Eagle Eye NY was incredibly thorough during our home inspection. He went through every part of the house and gave me a super detailed report. He made me feel very comfortable with my home purchase and actually taught me a lot about the house. He also did a termite inspection which was super helpful because I didn't have to call another company in for that. 10/10 would recommend!
