Omar took measurements and was to order supplies on Thursday to start the job on Friday. I was to pay for materials and cash for his labor. He text on the app and said he would start the job on Saturday due to a previous appointment. Never heard from him. He would not respond to my texts and his phone message stated that he was unavailable to take calls. I went with Universal Fencing.
