FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for interior painting and renovation projects is based on a variety of factors, including the size and complexity of the job, the materials and paints to be used, and any specialized services required. We provide a detailed estimate and proposal to our customers that outlines the costs associated with the project and breaks down each item in the scope of work. We are always happy to discuss pricing options with our customers and can provide discounts for larger projects or for repeat business. We also offer financing options for customers who need assistance with the cost of the work. In terms of fees, we do not charge any hidden fees or add-on costs. Any additional charges that may be incurred during the project, such as the cost of repairing unexpected damage, will be discussed with the customer and included in the proposal before work begins. We believe in transparent pricing and strive to provide our customers with the best value for their money. We are always happy to answer any questions our customers may have about pricing and to work with them to find a solution that meets their needs and budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with a consultation to discuss the project in detail. This includes discussing the scope of the work, the desired outcome, and the budget and timeline for the project. We also take the time to get to know our customers and understand their specific needs and preferences. After the consultation, we provide a detailed estimate and proposal that outlines the work to be done, the materials and paints to be used, and the costs associated with the project. If the customer decides to move forward with the work, we schedule a start date and provide a timeline for completion. During the project, we keep the customer informed of our progress and address any questions or concerns they may have. We take great care to ensure that the work is completed to the highest standards and that the customer is completely satisfied with the final result. Once the work is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure that everything meets their expectations and to address any final details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this type of work about 14 years ago when I began working as a painter's assistant for a local company in the Hamptons. I enjoyed the work and quickly became interested in learning more about the trade. I took on additional responsibilities and began learning different techniques and methods from more experienced painters. Over time, I gained the skills and confidence to start my own business and have been successfully running it for 8 years now
