First and foremost, thank you. Ali was absolutely awesome. He showed up when he said he would and got straight to work. The job was flawless, but that's not what made him awesome. Afterward, I had a problem paying through Zelle, and it took way longer than I should've. He never got upset or even bothered. I was way more upset. Calm, cool, and collected, he recommended alternatives, and we got him paid. The reason I mentioned this is that it says a lot about your character. He is a true PRO. And I would definitely highly recommend his services. P.S. Thanks for installing the thermostat.
