I sent my computer to Paul to have its screen fixed, and the experience was great. Paul communicated clearly about the repair process and estimated timeline. Once he received my computer, he quickly identified the issue and got to work. Within a short period, he had expertly repaired the screen and conducted thorough tests to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. When I received my computer back, the screen was as good as new, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with Paul's efficient and professional service.

Paul was very very responsive and very competitive with the pricing. He is ready to answer any questions and also goes over and beyond and doles out a few recommendations too. Very pleasant to talk to.
I am told that I am his first customer outside of NY area and he did an excellent job of generating a shipping label ( by UPS) at an amazingly low price.

I had a major freak-out moment when I accidentally cracked my MacBook screen. I thought it was done for. But then I found Paul, and honestly, it was the best decision ever.
Right from the start, Paul was super reassuring. He knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to MacBook repairs and explained everything to me in plain English, no tech jargon. I really appreciated knowing upfront what it would cost and how long it would take.
The repair itself was a breeze. He was so careful and meticulous, and you could tell he really cared about doing a great job. When I got my MacBook back, it was like brand new! The screen looked perfect, and I couldn't spot any issues at all.
On top of that, he did a full check-up on my MacBook to make sure everything else was in tip-top shape. This kind of extra effort really blew me away.
