They did a great job on remodeling both of our bathrooms. The rest of the house stayed clean throughout the entire project. Loved Luis' attitude on getting things done the way we wanted, even when we asked for some late changes. Definitely consider hiring them again for future projects.

Luis and his team were excellent. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The results of transforming our back porch into a room are amazing!! They also rebuilt our front porch, put new siding and a new roof on our garage and power washed our house and roof. They also installed new shutters on every window. This was all done in less than 3 months! Whatever questions we had were answered promptly and so that we understood. Luis is very patient and has an incredibly upbeat personality. He and his crew became part of our family and we miss seeing them every day. Thanks to the whole crew!!

Luis, his son, and his crew did an amazing job finishing our walk out basement room. It went from decrepit, with glued-on 1960s shag carpet, moldy 70s paneling, and rotted doors and windows to an incredibly stunning room with white batten board patterns carefully and expertly measured and installed, vinyl wood plank flooring and an entirely new staircase culminating in curved stairs. This--the dankest room in the case-was designated as my (Mom's ) home office. Not one of my three sons or husband wanted to venture near. Let alone set up work stations there. Now, I'm the envy of my household and all that enter. It's sunny, clean, beautiful, with amazing carpentry, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Luis makes precision look easy; but that's because their professionalism is stellar. I worked on design magazines for 20 years including Elle Decor, AD, Traditional Home, and Martha Stewart Living--and Roldantas more than holds his own and his work could appear in any of these magazines.

Luis Rolon refinished our basement. We added a full bath, a bedroom and play area. He did the framing and drywall and painting as well as other carpenter work, and the basement looks beautiful. He also made a window seat for us upstairs and it looks like it fits in perfectly.
