- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A customer should know our pricing is fair. We really care about the way the video looks because not only is our name on the product, but we want to make sure our clients are happy with their outcome. If we don't get an "omg we love it" reaction, we almost always feel like we've failed our client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I first like to understand what type of event they're looking to get coverage for. For example, because I'm a DJ myself, this allows me to have a direct insight on how the night will run, thus allowing me an advantage when filming because I know exactly when to capture the right moments and graduating from film school allows me to understand the technical aspects of film making and the knowledge to direct my partners to capture the right shot to leave my clients with a memory they will remember for life.

Film School, workshops, and on the job training played a tremendous role in our development.
