I wanted to select all five of the items above but I can only choose three. I hired them to come steam clean my sectional and bedroom mattress as we have a flea issue and I am trying to get on top of it (though we have our exterminator coming this weekend). Within minutes after inquiring here on thumbtack Richie reached out to me made my appointment and the gentleman who showed up was professional and courteous. Had a good conversation about fleas and how they’re bad this year. Will definitely call them to professionally clean our carpets in the near future. As well as steam clean the mattress and sectional again after the program to rid this house of fleas is complete.

We’re Villacorta & Juarez Law Firm. First response restoration and cleaning did an amazing job getting the heavy stains out of our carpets. Our carpets now look amazing, as if they’re brand new. The attorneys were so impressed that some even thought we had new ones. They definitely use top of the line equipment do to a great job. We’re very satisfied with the results, our colleagues say the carpets smell really good too. We’re pet friendly so we get big stains all the time. I highly recommend to hire their services to clean your office, this guys are very nice, courteous and trustworthy. Most of our Cleaning Services are priced by the square foot but there are things that are priced by the item and we always are running specials on our cleaning services.When it comes to Restoration work or Mold Inspections and Remediation we would come out to your home to estimate the work that needs to be done and give you a Free Price we also will work with your Insurance Company .We also Offer Discounts to Our Seniors and All Military Personal and Police and Fire Personal.Please Call we will Work Very Closely to Make it as Easy as Possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would come out to customers home to look at what needs to be done show them a small demonstration of our cleaning techniques and give them a free price on the work they want, at that point we can leave them the price or if its in there budget we can do the job right on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through the IICRC
