- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and a 10% discount to all customers that schedule within 24 hours from receiving estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourself/crew, ask questions to get a understanding of the customer and what they are looking to get done, and we allow them to ask questions so they feel comfortable with hiring us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Painting and Remodeling industry for over 10 years, have my Lead certification, and Mold Remedation License.
