Igor completed our bathroom remodel within the original time estimated despite shipment delays (imported tiles, etc.), additional work we requested, and errors on our part (ordered wrong parts). He and his staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided guidance along the way regarding every design question we had. The team paid attention to every detail of the remodel, ensuring the final product exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was exceptional and we look forward to using him for all of our future home improvement projects.

This guy was eagerly pursuing my project, gave 2 quotes, sight unseen. Contacted me, said he was going to be in my area 2/18/17 in the afternoon, asked if he could come by to measure. I said sure, just call me 1/2 hour before. Waited around 6 hours, didn't have the decency to call or email me to say he wasn't coming..my emails went unanswered. I WASTED MY WHOLE DAY WAITING AROUND FOR HIM.....UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS...PICK SOMEONE ELSE OUT OF THE THOUSANDS OF CONTRACTORS OUT THERE
