Sal Motto, owner has been my go to for many years. As a realtor, Im as good as my team and best vendors. Starting with buyers needing to scope cesspools, septic or sewer lines.i was able to renegotiate in cases that the result of the scope was not good. He replaced many for my clients. When I heard he spun off on his own, I was thrilled and of course continued. Just last week he scoped for my buyer. Between what he found with main pipe to the system amd what the inspector found (all not good). Buyer was able to make a wise decision and walk away. I always say, money well spent to have piece of mind. One of my mottos is DO IT RIGHT YHE FIRST TIME.
