- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are typically able to offer you travel services (resorts, flights, rental cars, trip insurance, etc.) at a discount from what you would pay if you booked them on your own. Plus you don't have the hassle of doing research and booking yourself. The discount can be from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out what it is you want to achieve-what does your dream trip look like, what is your budget, how many people are traveling, what destination(s) do you have in mind (or what type of experiences do you want, so I can help you select a destinaton), what excursions interest you, etc. We do this by having you complete my electronic Booking Request form and by speaking about your personal needs, wants and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified and Bonded Travel Specialist with my own agency, Sun2SeaTravel, under the umbrella of Archer Travel, Inc. I have done significant training through Archer as well as with many of the most popular travel providers such as Disney, cruise companies, resorts, etc.
