Jim beat the other two estimates by $300.00. First rate. Jim will travel too, as he was out in Marion recently. Best of all, Jim & his brother took on my garage interior painting (primer & 2 finish coats) project promptly, or I would have had to wait for the other estimate for months. Definitely give Jim a chance to bid, to save you $.

I contacted Jim Dalberth in May regarding cleaning and staining our deck. He responded right away and we agreed on a quote for the deck and power washing the house in August. True to his word, he was here last week and completed the job. This is the best the deck has looked since the house was built in 1994. We can’t say enough about the professionalism, quality and value of the work. We will definitely request Dalberth Painting for future work. Outstanding!!!

I can’t say enough about Jim and his team. From my initial estimate request, through needing to reschedule as my closing date moved, through completing the project - the team was amazing. Fantastic job, overly kind and communicative throughout the project, and just plain pleasant to be around. The paint job came out exceeding our expectations. We price by square foot, condition & number of coats. We provide seasonal discounts & discounts for agreed upon prep work (moving furniture, electrical plates, etc.).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work through Thumbtack to provide a free estimate based on the customers preferences. Discuss the estimate with my customer and reach a signed agreement. After the agreement, start work at our agreed upon schedule & price.
