- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack Pricing: -Diagnostics $149 We come to your house and figure out what broke. We figure out how to fix it and we find the cost of the parts. You get an estimate that includes the price of the part and the cost to come back and install the part. -Parts Installation / Return Visit $189-209 We order the part then come back to install the part and finish the repair. Then we perform and manufacturers recommended tune-up at no additional charge. -Tune-up $169 We come to your house and perform your manufacturers recommended maintenance and tune-up. It includes lubrication, cleaning, Caliratios, tightening, adjustments and alignments. By the time we finish the job your equipment is running smooth! -Assembly Treadmill, Elliptical: $189-$209 Bike, Rower Bench, Rack: $169-$189 Strength Gyms: 1 stack $429, 2 stack $489 2 man jobs on large or hevy equipment such a multistack gyms, cages, towers, cable cross, and other similar units - call for prices. -Relocation Service (call for prices) Service 1 - disassemble to be able to move it through doors and stairs. Service 2 - disassemble to be able to move it through doors and stairs. After you move the equipment to a new location, we come back and reassemble it in the room of choice. You move it. Service 3 - we disassemble, we move it in our truck, we reassemble it in the new location
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most problems are caused by worn or defective parts. A diagnostics visit is required to determine what is needed. Sometimes you might already know what is needed and a part can be ordered before a visit. Typical process goes like this: Customer reports a problem. We schedule a visit and run diagnostics and determine what parts are needed. We give you an estimate of costs. If you approve the estimate we order the parts and schedule the repair. Payment is with cash, check or charge card.

I have 24 years if experience in this business and have been "manufacturer trained and certified" on all major brands for over 18 years.
