A certified yoga life coach, meditation teacher, and RYT200, certified in hatha, yin, restorative, hot 26, kids, and trauma sensitive. My primary modalities are yin, restorative, and trauma sensitive. I utilize my 10+ years experience in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices in support of my clients and their best future self. We get real, we do the work, and we have fun on the way. The first session is a consultation where we get to know each other, evaluate your wants and needs define and how we can work together to realize your goals. I create a custom plan around our agreements, we set our schedule, and we get moving.
