- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It helps to give a quote if I know the address of the property. Square footage helps but isn't the only thing I use to determine pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy. I ask a few questions, schedule the appointment, fill out paperwork, do the inspection, and deliver the report.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in the trades since I was a kid. I have been involved with plumbing, electric, flooring and carpentry. Now I am bringing that all together to help you with your home buying process.
