- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors play a role in the pricing of a Survey. The size and terrain of the property, availability of documents (deeds / maps), weather and site conditions (snow). All of these need to be evaluated to be able to give the best price for your Survey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get background information on the project / needs of the client. Informally propose solutions to meet the client's needs. Prepare a formal proposal to review agreed upon terms and get started working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
