FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable. Every company says that right? But, really its reasonable for the amount of time and the quality of my work. Each client has diffrent expectations for their wedding or event and I try to stay within budget. I don't charge for the unnecessary or make you take a package you don't need. I work with my clients so they can have the best experience possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new client is discussing what they need and going over a questionnaire that helps to look at there vision. Then we go over our contract on agreeing on set terms from both parties and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I tell all my clients up front of the experience that I have in the business and my education. I graduated from Ridley-Lowell Business Institute located in Poughkeepsie, New York. I stress to my clients about there budget and what they want to spend that is important. Also, I studied at New York Institute of Art and Design which teaches about being a professional wedding, event, and party planner and coordinator, clients and the business. Which gives you more in depth on traditions in different cultures and what are the proper protocol for their special event.
