- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on experience, education, cost of professional products, and time away from the salon if traveling. Extra length or density costs us more and certain styles take longer so prices can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is a thorough consultation and honesty. We get to know each other, find out likes and dislikes, make sure there’s an understanding on both sides of the vision, and the necessary steps to execute vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed cosmetologist and salon business owner. I started in the industry in 1998 and have team members of the glam team who are highly skilled and professional.
