Pro made appointment for 4/11 but never showed up to even assess the project yet wrote on the app that it was completed. When asked a couple days later, he claimed he had an emergency. I suppose our work was not his priority. That is very unprofessional.

I needed a landscaper as mine changed owners over the winter, and although I signed a contract, the new owner wasn't showing up. This landscaper does a very nice job most of the time, WHEN HE COMES. I was calling pretty much every week to see when and if he was coming. Rarely came the same day each week. Twice he just didn't show -- he went on vacation without notifying us, and one week had an emergency. If you want someone reliable, look elsewhere. I was paying $100 a month previously and was giving him $140. He wanted $180, but we agreed on $140. I have a 60 x 100 lot.
