Lem, Natylee and the entire Santana crew did an amazing job renovating our kitche, dining room, as well as adding sheet rock to our bedroom for soundproofing and the flooring througout the apartment. They touched nearly every space in our apartment!They were really helpful in making design decisions to balance, cost, function and aethetics. Throughout the renovation they were very helpful in finding creative solutions to some of the quirks of our apartment.They exceeded expectations by finishing the renovation ahead of schedule. Their creativity, responsiveness, and efficiency made the entire process a pleasure.We will definitely hire them again if we do any further renovations and whole heartedly recommend them!

Lem and his team renovated our gally kitchen in a co op along with a few minor bathroom updates. I've now lived in with it for over a year and I still love it. His team was professional from the start to the end. I spent over years designing it and Santana contracting executed my vision. Lem and team knew how to deal with all the co-op rules and I never had any issues with them. With any renovation project there were a few hiccups and delays along the way but every issue was addressed and taken care of. My family lived in the apartment with out a working kitchen for nearly 2 months and they kept the apartment as clean and organized as possible. I would recommend!

Lem Santana and his team recently renovated our upper west side bathroom. This is second job we worked on with Lem and couldnt be happier. Some of the features of the bathroom include large format tile (8 feet tall per slab), custom vanity (to fit into a non-standard space), a linear drain, numerous cut outs, etc. The full team is honest, trustworthy, and talented
