Simply Elegant Events is a event planning company that specializes in creating memorable events that will allow you to seize the moment. The owner, Cheyenne Lespinas, has over a decade of experience in event planning and has executed over 100 corporate events, inclusive of experiential marketing and promotional events. Over the course of Cheyenne’s career, she has produced events for Fortune 500 clients such as Spin Master and Starbucks. Cheyenne’s passion for event planning began very early on when she would plan and execute staple milestone events such as baby showers, weddings, and family reunions for her close friends and family members. From there, her desire to do more and build her passion into a business blossomed. She founded Simply Elegant Events in 2018 and has since helped her clients create baby showers, weddings, birthdays, corporate events and more. ***Please Note***Our minimum fee for decor and design services is $1,500. Additionally, we are unable to use event supplies provided by clients for setup. Thank you for understanding.

Where do i start, first i want to say Ms Cheyenne made a dream of mines come true. I started planning my 50th birthday party in 2023. I did my research on thumbtack and found Simply Elegant Events. i reached out and immediately i got a response. We had a phone consult and the magic begins. I told her my vision and from there id was heaven send. My theme was Denim and Diamonds. We both spend a whole year planning my event. When i tell you when i walked into my party i couldny help but cry tears of joy. When i tell you Ms Cheyenne did her THANG. I always say everything happens for a reason and God will put you in your path for a reason. My Family and Friends are still taliking about hoe beautiful the venue looked. Cheyenne, i cant thank you enough. You thought of things that i can only of. You are an amazing person with a talent only God gave to you. I love working with you. I love every idea you had. Again i cant thank you enough. Your work speaks for itself. And id i have another event, you are the first person i'm calling. FYI, the day of my party Cheyenne took great care of me, made sure my wants and needs were meet. Everything went smoove and if it didnt, i knew nothing about it. She stayed with me until the end of the party. BRIDES you better book her FAST, If anybody is looking for an event planner/wedding planner CHEYENNE IS THE WAY TO GO.

Working with Simply Elegant Events and their coordinator, Cheyenne, for my boyfriend’s birthday party was an absolute dream! Every detail was beautifully planned and executed, making the event both stunning and seamless. From start to finish, Cheyenne went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. The decorations were breathtaking—every space was transformed into exactly what I’d imagined and more. But it didn't stop there! My boyfriend surprised me with a proposal during the party, and Cheyenne helped plan every moment of it, making the night even more unforgettable. She handled everything with such care and thoughtfulness, making sure everything went off without a hitch. I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team to handle such an important day. If I could give 10 stars I would! My 40th bday was everything I could've hoped for. I gave my vision to Cheyenne and her team ran with it and over exceeded my expectations. I have always put on my own events, but the peace of mind of trusting a true professional to make your special day exactly how you wanted is worth every penny. All communications of all vendues that were involved with the evening was all done by Simply Elegant Events. I didn't have to raise a finger or pick up a call everything was handled, all I had to do was show up and enjoy the evening. And the best of all is that my event started ON TIME!!! Will mos def be using Simply Elegant Events again, and anyone who is looking for top tier event coordination this is a one stop shop, even her talents for day of coordination were first class. I can't stop saying thank you enough for such an amazing experience.!!!

We hired Simply Elegant Events for my sisters 50th Birthday. Cheyenne took my vision and turned it into a reality!!!!! Everything was just beautiful and exactly as I pictured. She was attentive to EVERYTHING!!!! There was nothing I had to worry about…NOTHING! There were so many compliments and I owe it all to Cheyenne and Simply Elegant Events. If I EVER find myself in the need of an event planner for any reason, I would not hesitate to call again. Thank you for making this birthday THE BEST my sister has ever had!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent about our pricing. If we are decorating your event, not planning, we will provide you and inclusive price for everything that is needed to decorate your event. If we are planning your event, not decorating, we will provide you a management fee. This fee is the cost of us planning your entire event to your specifications. This does not include the fees of other vendors and décor. If we are planning and decorating your event, we will specify the décor fees and the management fees. Please note: This does not include the fees of other vendors. Such as DJ, Venue, special entertainment, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple: 1st - Free phone consultation: We will ask you for the details of your event. For example: place, time, date, budget, etc. 2nd - Depending on the complexity of your event, it usually would take us about 24 hours to get back to you with pricing and an event inspiration sheet. (We can do payment plans) 3rd - Your event is planned to perfection. Sit back and relax, we got it from here!
