- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent about our pricing. If we are decorating your event, not planning, we will provide you and inclusive price for everything that is needed to decorate your event. If we are planning your event, not decorating, we will provide you a management fee. This fee is the cost of us planning your entire event to your specifications. This does not include the fees of other vendors and décor. If we are planning and decorating your event, we will specify the décor fees and the management fees. Please note: This does not include the fees of other vendors. Such as DJ, Venue, special entertainment, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple: 1st - Free phone consultation: We will ask you for the details of your event. For example: place, time, date, budget, etc. 2nd - Depending on the complexity of your event, it usually would take us about 24 hours to get back to you with pricing and an event inspiration sheet. (We can do payment plans) 3rd - Your event is planned to perfection. Sit back and relax, we got it from here!
