I reached out to Thumbtack about needing my hot water heater replaced. Within a few minutes I got a message and then a phone call from Ronaldo. Ronaldo responded to my house within 20 minutes of my phone call gave me an estimate and showed up the next day at 7:30 AM to do the job. Ronaldo was prompt and prepared to do the job which he did quickly efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He is awesome and I would use him again. I highly recommend him and his work.

Hired Ronaldo for a job. He came and gave me an initial quote as I was waiting for my other appliances to arrive (New washer and dryer and slop sink). He came back and re-scope the job and told me he would be back in 45 minutes to 1 hour. He was never to be seen or heard from again. I called him twice, and still no response to this date.
