Blooming Blinds in White Plains is the best. Ive used them in 2 different homes and Zack could not be more accommodating and helpful, not to mention the quality of their shutters, blinds and other window treatments. I will never use anyone else for my window treatment

Zack did a great job installing the custom blind on my front door. He was patient and careful and made sure that my blind fit and worked correctly. I highly recommend Bloomin Blinds.

I wish all customer service experiences were like the one I experienced with Bloomin Blinds. Contacted them yesterday and an actual person responded; no need to hit six buttons to reach a human. Appointment was seemlessly made for the next day. This morning the serviceman, Zak, arrived promptly and fixed the issues with my shades including replacing broken and frayed chords. He was efficient, extremely tidy and lovely. Now my 22- year-old woven shades look as good as new!

We had two shades with strings that broke and it was so easy working with Bloomin' Blinds. I requested an appointment online and they called me back the same day to schedule for the next day. The technician, Zak, showed up on time (even a bit early!) and was friendly and thorough. The price was very reasonable as well. We will certainly be working with them again in the future!
