I am very pleased with my dryer maintenance, hose installation, & even his explaining to me- the use to the correct flap vent on the outside.

I desperately needed my dishwasher working again before the weekend and I reached out to Alex on Thursday afternoon. He scheduled an appointment for Friday noon and arrived right on time. He set out his tools neatly and efficiently and within an hour my dishwasher was working again! He patiently explained to me that the problem was a clogged drain pipe and explained to me how he fixed it. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to fixing the problem with the drain he also reinstalled the machine correctly so that the problem wouldn't occur again. I will definitely reach out to Alex again if I ever need an appliance fixed!

Alex was amazing! He was friendly and so knowledgeable and on top of that was able to come on short notice which we truly appreciated! He was quick to respond to calls/texts, and showed up promptly at the time he scheduled. He took a look at our oven and was able to diagnose the issue in only a few moments, and explained to us what the problem was in a way that was easy for us to understand. He had the work completed very quickly and his prices were more than fair. He even took a look at our dishwasher that needs a plumber to hook it up and let us know what to tell the plumber when we call them in so they understand the scope of the job. Very nice guy, we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs.
