Contacted Alex on a Sunday about a defunct refrigerator in my tenant’s apartment; scheduled an onsite assessment for Tuesday morning. Alex was communicative, on-time, and came prepared. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the issues clearly, and quoted a price and timeframe for remedy. He fixed the problem, and was very thorough, confirming the fridge was fully functional after treating. He even cleaned any affected areas in the kitchen, which was deeply appreciated, as it was unfortunately a grimy refrigerator. Punctual, communicative, and thorough, truly an excellent value. Will absolutely hire Alex again for any appliance troubleshooting.

I desperately needed my dishwasher working again before the weekend and I reached out to Alex on Thursday afternoon. He scheduled an appointment for Friday noon and arrived right on time. He set out his tools neatly and efficiently and within an hour my dishwasher was working again! He patiently explained to me that the problem was a clogged drain pipe and explained to me how he fixed it. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to fixing the problem with the drain he also reinstalled the machine correctly so that the problem wouldn't occur again. I will definitely reach out to Alex again if I ever need an appliance fixed!
