- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All first time clients receive a waived consultation fee. Also, I am willing to work within the client’s budget, as long as the budget presented is suitable for the design requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a service provider, my typical process of working with a new client involves first engaging with them to get to know them and understand their needs. This can be done in person or via phone. This involves learning about the event, what it means to them, and their overall vision and feel for the occasion. By doing so, I can tailor my services to meet their specific needs and ensure that their vision is brought to life. Once we have established a clear understanding of the client's needs and vision, we can then move on to the details, including budget and pricing details. By taking this approach, I can ensure that my clients feel heard and understood, and that their event is tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Ultimately, my goal is to deliver exceptional results that exceed my clients' expectations and leave them feeling satisfied and happy with the outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of experience and training in event planning & decor. I have been in multiple live situations, seminars, training courses that contribute to my growth in this business.
