R&R was incredible! I was able to chat w/Marcia live online through Thumbtack and set up an appt. The guys who took care of my spicket and sink issue were so helpful and understanding. Its frustrating when contractors charge more because of your zip code...R&R was fairly priced and worth every penny. I would use them again...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A+++++++++++++++++

I had an appointment with this company for 6:30pm, around 6pm I was informed the technician won't make it until 8pm. I was upset and still tried to keep my calm, but these are the responses I got in the attachments below. They are not professional, they don't keep to appointments and they can't manage situations.

Hi, The first time we spoke, you called the office and stated “I need a plumber send someone to me now.” This should have been a red flag for us.🚩 We booked you on schedule and I had explained that the plumbers would be a little late due to the previous job being in queens and you live on **** fish avenue in Bronx, Ny 10469. Based on the pictures you have provided in this review, you proceeded to talk with an unprofessional matter, forcing me to text you back faster because “your time is of the essence.” It was highly unprofessional. Although we try to be prompt in communication, we have numerous inquiries. Today we asked you to explain in a Brief detail what the plumbers are coming out for so we can provide you with a price range to fit your needs. You proceeded to get very defensive and come and write this review. Thank you for posting a personal phone number. While we were trying to provide you with the best service, and decided to contact you after hours via text message, you decided to come on thumbtack and write us an inessential review. You have had no service done, and you haven’t gave us a chance. Basic questions by us were responded with attitude and overpowering messages. We reserve the right to not service any customer or client on our own merit.

We set up an appointment over the phone to come out and give a free estimate quote. We also provide virtual estimates as long as the proper pictures and information are provided.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In Some of our plumbing techs, plumbing has been passed down, generation to generation, father to son. In our other plumbing techs, they’ve chosen plumbing as their path because of the great challenge and skill for detail that they have. This helps them properly finish projects in a timely manner. The positive plumbing tech - client relationships that are created over the years also is an added bonus to working in such a diverse field. Learning about different people, commuting to different places, and helping each other get the job done is the real reward in the end.
