- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing generally starts at $250 and increases based on complexity. Most of my individual tax customers pay between $250 and $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them if they wish to discuss their tax situation, send them a tax organizer packet to help gather applicable information and give them the option to have an account in my secure portal to safely share documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Accounting, experience in Public Accounting and 28 years of tax preparation experience.
