- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer reaches out to inquire about your services. We will provide a prompt and friendly response, answering any questions and offering to schedule a consultation or service. We will discuss the customer’s specific cleaning needs, preferences, and any special requirements. We will explain your service options, pricing, and any current promotions or loyalty programs. Estimate: Provide a detailed estimate based on the consultation. We would then help schedule the cleaning service at a convenient time for the customer. The customer would receive a confirmation email or message with the appointment details. Your cleaning team arrives on time, equipped with the necessary supplies and equipment. The team introduces themselves to the customer and review the cleaning plan. They will perform the cleaning service to the customer’s satisfaction, addressing any specific requests.
