We offer free estimates, as no properties are the same. Cleaning is customized and the price is competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my clients is the most exciting part of my job. I ask what the expectations are, offer them my expertise, and make this a relaxing process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For the last 16 years I've been the General Manager of a local McDonald's. Over that time, I had the opportunity to meet and get to know a lot of customers. I was washing windows one day at McDonald's and one of the "regular" customers (Keith) came in, admired my work and said his friend was looking for house cleaner. So I passed my information on. A few days later a lady named Betty called me, after Keith referred her to me. Betty offered me the opportunity to clean her home and I accepted. Leading up to cleaning her home I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. After cleaning Betty's house she passed on my info to a few of her friends and so forth. Months later I had a handful of clients and was looking for more ways to expand. I was introduced to Thumbtack by a friend. I quickly generated a consistent clientele after being on Thumbtack less than a year. Having the support of my wonderful clients, I was fortunate enough to form my own cleaning service, Buffalo's Cleaning Crew LLC in late 2016. I feel so lucky to be where I am today, owning a business that I love! I want to thank all the clients who gave me the opportunity to clean their properties. I really appreciate them and don't take any of this for granted. I know I have a long journey ahead, but it couldn't be done without the clients I get to work for day in & day out. Thank you again!
