- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have straight forward pricing. Any area that has a separate name such as living room, dining, room, bedroom, hallway, stairway, etc. is charges as a "room". Any "room" over 180 sq ft is charged as 2 "rooms". Heavily soiled "rooms" may be subject to a $10 up-charge per "room". Additional services such as stain removal, carpet stretching, carpet protection, odor removal & disinfectant may be suggested prior to cleaning. These additional services carry fees which would be discussed by technician during initial walk-through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with showing up on time with a smile and a handshake. Afterwards we would begin with a pre-inspection. Our technician will walk through the home and discuss areas of concern and identify carpet fiber type. We begin the cleaning process with a deep vacuuming including edges of baseboards. After Vacuuming we pre-condition carpets and gently agitate conditioner into carpet fibers. Once conditioner has set for 5 minutes, we use a very powerful truck mounted hot water extractor to flush conditioner from carpet fibers leaving them fresh and clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians receive ongoing training and certification through IICRC.
