Deposit/Booking Fees: A deposit retainer of $150.00 is owed to secure the date. Custom Pricing: I offer custom pricing. Please message me for information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry: The process starts with the customer reaching out to inquire about my services. This could be *****************************************************. I’ll respond promptly, asking for more details about the shoot they’re interested in (e.g., type of session, location, and any special requests). Consultation/Discovery: Once I have a clear understanding of their needs, I schedule a consultation. This can be in person, via phone, or over video chat. During this meeting, I discuss their vision, expectations, and any ideas they have. I also take the time to explain my process, pricing, and how I can tailor the shoot to their needs. Mood Boarding & Planning: After the consultation, I collaborate with the client to create a mood board, which helps visualize the style and feel of the session. This is a critical part of the process to ensure we’re aligned on the look and vibe they want. If needed, I’ll also suggest locations, outfits, and props. Booking & Deposit: Once we finalize the details, I send over a contract that outlines the session specifics, payment schedule, and any additional terms. A deposit is typically required to secure the booking, and I’ll confirm the date and time. Shoot Day: On the day of the shoot, I make sure the client feels comfortable and at ease. I direct the session while also allowing space for authentic moments to unfold. My goal is to capture the raw, unassuming beauty and emotions of the client. Editing & Delivery: After the shoot, I carefully edit the images to highlight their unique qualities. I send the client a preview of the photos and keep them updated on the editing process. Once completed, I deliver the high-resolution images in a timely manner. Follow-Up: After the shoot, I follow up with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the results. I also ask for feedback and if they’re willing, request a testimonial or review to share with others.
