- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our workout plans are very customized so all of our new clients start out with a complete assessment! That includes body, fitness and nutritional assessments. From here we customize a workout plan specifically for you based on your goals, injuries, and current fitness level. After that you are paired with one of our well experienced and qualified fitness trainers based on personality, training needs, and availability to train.
