- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a detailed estimate and write up of how the project will be completed, materials used, and the amount of time it will take to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet onsite with the customer in order to discuss project goals, logistics, etc. During this time, I want to ensure that I have a detailed understanding of the customer’s vision and provide insight into how I will complete the project.
