Take advantage of our Introductory Massage Offer! $60 for 60-minutes or $90 for 90-minutes. You can see all our available appointments and book online. All the Licensed Massage Therapists at Hand In Health massage therapy specialize in medical massage, orthopedic massage, pain management and rehab, sports massage and reflexology. Our business partner, Rev Fit, has a functional fitness facility in the same building. All our Licensed Massage Therapists are also Certified Personal Trainers, Yoga or Martial Arts Instructors. We private personal training sessions to help with fat loss, strength training, flexibility and endurance. We enjoy helping patients get over an injury or help manage chronic or acute pains. At Rev Fit, we enjoy helping clients reach their fitness goals and providing support along their journey.

Twice a week my fiance and I work out for 1/2 hour sessions. Kyle not only is such a professional but offers so much encouragement. He also is great at getting my fiance on track who spends a lot of time talking instead of staying on track. Both of us have some medical issues and Kyle still pushes us to do our best while making sure he doesn't have us doing things to make us have worse issues. Kyle is reasonably priced and I hope he knows how truly appreciated he is. Because of him I feel stronger and walk with much better posture. I recommend Kyle to all my friends looking for a professional trainer.
