We settled on Monday then Sunday the manager asked to do it Tuesday. I was told he would send 3 guys and "just get it done" when i told him i could only afford 2 hours.The movers were nice, however they broke some of my most precious stuff and said nothing. They showed up with a piano in the truck. Then kept me waiting 2 hours while they went to the dump. Then when I said I could handle the rest if they just moved it in the building, they insisted on brining it up the elevator and to the apartment, taking additional time. I assumed they were making up for the inconvenience so I agreed. Then after they left taking 4 hours total. I received a call a few minutes after they left asking me to pay my invoice. They charged me for 6 hours of work. When I called the manager he told me that was that and insinuated I was trying to scam him. He gave me a bogus payment option that would allow me to make payments but only for the full 6 hour charge. I am unwilling to do that. They only worked 4 hours and they broke or ruined a lot of my things. I have the invoice I agreed to in my email but I am unable to pay it because it is blocked on square. I would get things in writing and use a stop watch if you decide to use them.

I appreciated you helping me out. I was just disappointed that my new flooring and all of the walls and door jams were all pretty beat up.Especially since I just had the entire house renovated. guys help me out two different times and I appreciate you and your wonderful nobody can be perfect. I’m sure if I can bring in the furniture. I would’ve banged it all over the place myself so I can’t complain too much. Everybody was professional all times I’ve used them and I’m sure my moving to go south( for retirement in the next year or two, I perhaps might be using you again ! looking forward to it.
