- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All events are different. We customize our pricing to what our client is looking for and go from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very seamless. Typically a new customer will call our office to go over specific details. From there we send over an official quote and once accepted you are ready to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company goes through a 5 weeks valet parking Pro training program offered to each valet that is hired. For the first 5 weeks of being hired each attendant is required to study and pass an exam offered at the end of the 5 weeks. Includes but not limited to appearance, driving habits, punctuality, and safety protocols.
