- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a Set fee however I’m not opposed to discounts for multiple lessons and I can be flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to do a customer intake sheet so that I can evaluate where my customer is now, where they would like to be with my training and how can I get them there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a class C and D Soccer license And grassroots, concussion training, first aid/cpr training I am also currently employed with a few different summer programs. I am also a player.
