Frank was great throughout the whole process. He took the time to show me the exact places where my roof needed fixing and explained to me the different options I had for repairs. I would definitely recommend pro grade roofing if you’re looking for a company who values providing quality work and takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns!

It was a pleasure working with frank and ProGrade Roofing. Very knowledgeable and professional, and vey reasonable. Frank told me what needed to be done, then he gave me scoop of work and pricing in got straight to work the next day with 100% completion. Most of all Frank stayed onsite with his workers until the work was completed which is always GOOD. And followed up with me throughout the whole installment.

I hired Frank's team in late 2022 to initially repair sections of our Brooklyn brownstone roof. The project eventually escalated to a full roof replacement. While the quality of the roof work itself seems satisfactory (so far), the overall experience with Frank's company was not to our satisfaction. Here are the specific issues we encountered: Issues left behind: Despite promises to fix them, the crew left our property with several unaddressed problems: - Soiled rear facade - Damaged flashing on a front window - Improperly sealed skylight with additional plaster damage inside Poor Communication: After initial responsiveness, Frank became completely unresponsive to our attempts to schedule repairs over the past six+ months. He finally replied and has now addressed the issues.
