- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a flat fee for each project, depending on the services the client chooses, such as resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile enhancement, interview coaching / preparation, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new clients, I first have an intake session via phone to gather information regarding the client's current status, goals, and areas of expertise. Then, I review the client's current resume, and circle back with questions based on the information provided, so I can draw out the content that will highlight accomplishments and results from the work they have done. It's important in today's market to build a resume that shows achievements, and not just responsibilities, as this is what sets candidates apart from their competition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience as a recruiter, and understand what corporate recruiters, and hiring managers look for when reviewing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters. I also know how to utilize the right key words so resumes will be ranked higher, and attract more attention, when submitted into Applicant Tracking Systems, and being searched on LinkedIn/ Job Boards, etc.
