I gave Chingis (PRO Sandan) a very difficult task and he did great with it. He had to work with another handyman to install 2 through-the-wall AC units (very heavy) in sleeves that sit 10 feet in the air in the windows of my loft apartment. Chingis was incredibly fast to respond to all messages which was super important to me as I desperately needed someone with a ladder. He brought a great Gorilla ladder to the job, without which we could not have done the work. The AC installation went very well, and Chingis and my other handyman, Andrei, were able to collaborate very well in their native Russian tongue.

Pro showed up on time, a couple of the parts were missing and they were not able to start the installation. They were truly a gem by coming back once the parts arrived to complete the installation. I would hire them again in the future.
