Elena was wonderful. She was punctual, brought her own cleaning products. Was very quick and efficient. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Alma-Z services was so great to work with! I put out a request and immediately got a response to schedule the next day. The cleaner was kind professional and made me feel comfortable. The parts of the house that were cleaned were done well but the cleaner didn't clean areas that were included in the work request and I had to back and do it myself (move out clean).
